Rolling form strip - SZL & SZL2 DUET

SZL ROLLING FORM STRIP

The rolling form strip is a tool for shuttering and casting toe walls made of concrete or mortar during kerb laying. The rolling form strip is a great solution for this job which can reduce concrete shuttering and casting time several-fold when compared to traditional shuttering. Traditional shuttering involves installation of concrete formwork of planks or boards. The rolling form strip does away with the need for buying, building and striking down shuttering. This tool reduces the consumption of concrete, since you will only need as much of the material as stated in the design. The rolling form strip features horizontal and vertical clearance adjustment to accommodate the size of the cast-in-place toe wall to be built. The rolling form strip is deployed on the laid kerb line. The strip sheet is locked in position by placing the two lock levers flat. Next, the concrete is poured between the strip sheet and the kerb line and tamped down. The strip sheet is unlocked with the two lock levers. The whole rolling form strip can be moved about 120 cm further down the kerb line to lay the next strip of the toe wall. The powder coating provides a durable and neat finish. The product comprises one rolling form strip and one hand-held tamper.

SZL2 DUET ROLLING FORM STRIP

This double shuttering solution greatly reduces the time of casting toe walls to complete the construction project way before the deadline. An attractive price is among its advantages. The product comprises two rolling form strips and two hand-held tampers.
